The location
The house is quiet
The host is approachable and helpful
There was dust everywhere. I know there was building working going onsite but it would be helpful to clean the room before or leave a duster around

It’s just about fine for the money.
It’s dirty, neighbourhood isn’t the greatest, it’s very very noisy, you van hear EVERYTHING from your neighbours. The shower was old and dirty and wasn’t private, it was shared. I felt like the room hadn’t been cleaned either. Just the sheets changed. The desk and floor were sticky and it smelled. Will not ever book again. Luckily I only booked 2 nights, but if you can afford it, definitely worth to skip this one.

"Welcoming & a good atmosphere. Very quiet (much appreciated as I had a two day course to attend for work the weekend of my stay). Super clean. Skylight window and electric fan in room much appreciate..."
