We really enjoyed our stay here and the location is great for getting to Shinjuku Station. The property is located in a less salubrious part of Shinjuku but we never felt unsafe and there were no issues walking around the area. The apartment is located on the fifth floor of the building and the room was exceptionally quiet. Noise issues won't affect sleeping and we slept well every night we were there. We would definitely consider staying here if we're ever in Tokyo again.
It would have been nice for there to have been some washing up liquid, a sponge, and cloths as we had to buy these in order to clean the cutlery and crockery. Also, it would have been good to have instructions in English on how to use the washing machine. Considering how many pages of the instructions were devoted to the recycling of waste, a simple one page overview referring to the washing machine would have been very helpful.

should be cleaner sheets, shampoos was so bad, maybe different brand would better.

Like the location due to it's "alive" through out the night.
Close by to several combinis.
Close by to train/metro stations.
The information "package" was a bit "heavy" to handle at arrival....lots to remember. Could perhaps be dealt with info given shortly before arrival.
Due to lack of information at hand the respond was reasonable fast at request.
