I loved the nice, quiet, and peaceful environment. I loved the reception. The host was friendly. The tour that we took through the venue was exceptional. It really felt like home away from home. The lodge was really clean all round.

I love the common room, feels like you could have a post-wedding party here or something. It was all kinda retro style and literally a barn, but many rooms and super clean. I loved staying there. Saw some deer in the garden too, that was just magical.
Nothing, everything was super good! Bathrooms are separate and shared but were super clean so I have no complaints.

This is a very unusual place to stay. It is a converted barn to very high standards. There is great attention to detail and the place has a wonderful ambience. Shirley is an excellent hostess. She couldn't have been more helpful. I wouldn't have the slightest hesitatation in booking a restay.
I knew before I went there that it was a shared shower room and bathroom. This isn't something I like in rented accommdation. But in all honesty, it wasn't an issue. The standard of finish and cleanliness in both was impeccable.

Room very comfortable. Lots of space in it for 2. Shared bathroom and shower spotlessly clean. Shirley very friendly. Great communication on booking.com from Martin. Common room area really nice.
