Beautiful rustic Japanese minimalist approach to the renovation that created this stylish and very roomy bedsit apartment. So many things to love - the insistence on soft pure cottons for bedding, towels and pajamas, the retention of historic timbers, use of tatami-style flooring, the garden cafe downstairs operated by the friendly, flexible host and the quiet, hip neighborhood easy commuting distance to Konan University.
The bed was super firm. Note that if you need a bath at night this property offers only a shower.

落ち着いたお部屋で、周辺も住宅しかないので夜が静かでよく眠れました。また、駅近で徒歩圏内になんでもあるので大変便利でした。
強いていうならバスタブがないこと、お湯につかりたかったので近くの銭湯に行きました。それも楽しかったので問題なかったです。

The room was a good size, very clean, and had a great power shower. We also liked the selected bedsheets, towels, and the pajama set provided by the owners. The owner couple were incredibly hospitable and welcoming.
