The AC was only set to heater or fan, and I couldn't seem to change it to cool, but fortunately it was a cold night so it was fairly comfortable.
It was a very nice hotel, and not too far from Sannomiya station, which has loads of restaurants and shops! There was also a nearby convenience store for late night snacks. The property was very clean and quiet, and I had a lovely two nights there. I would definitely go back again if I am in the area!
