Large room with all you needed. Great location close to the train station. Very attentive staff.
Bar time in the evening was a nice idea but in a cafeteria looking area and snacks were limited.

Really lovely snacks at the bar at 5-8pm, and the capacity to sit outside in a nice courtyard with a cheeky wine or if you like,a lovely tea (they had such an amazing selection!). Location was also fantastic--right next door to a grocery store and really close by the busier Kobe area. I like that it was just a little bit off within the super busy city center. I also appreciated the umbrellas for loan on an unexpectedly rainy day!
I think the cleaners must have been really rushed on that day-- the bag of rubbish was removed from my bin, but it seems the cleaner accidentally left it on my room floor...
