Hotel staff practice excellent customer service skills. Hotel is a little dated but clean and comfortable. I recommend it. And I would stay there again.

Convenient location and free use of bicycles
The room smelled cigarette, I know it was smoking room but wish it did not smell much

Nice view from the room. The bed was comfortable. The staff were pleasant, did not speak english though, but we got by.
The bathroom had a horrible smell, the room size as small for the price paid. I had to pay YEN2000 extra to get the view which was looking at a motorway
