The apartment itself was excellent. It was spacious, very clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The facilities were well maintained, and the apartment felt welcoming and well organised. We were very happy with the accommodation itself.
The main downside was the location. The apartment is situated in a very run-down and dirty part of the city, with a lot of suspicious-looking people around and a significant amount of rubbish in the surrounding streets. This was not shown or mentioned in the property’s presentation, so the actual surroundings were quite different from what we expected based on the listing.
The check-in instructions were also incorrect and confusing. We were told to turn left, when we actually needed to turn right, which made finding the property unnecessarily difficult. Once we arrived, we had to wait downstairs by the entrance for one of the neighbours to enter or leave the building so that we could get inside. We were lucky to arrive during daylight, when people were coming and going occasionally. If we had arrived after dark, it would have been both intimidating and potentially impossible to enter the building.

The apartment was very comfortable and in an excellent location, just a 10-minute walk (700 m) from Napoli Centrale. We recommend using the underground shopping mall (Galleria Commerciale di Piazza Garibaldi) to access the station, as it is a much safer and more convenient route than crossing the busy streets above. Air conditioning in both bedrooms kept the apartment comfortable. The kitchen was compact but well equipped with everything needed to prepare meals, and the discount supermarket directly below made self-catering easy. There were also plenty of restaurants nearby, with the historic centre within easy walking distance.
- The coin-operated lift (€0.10 per use when the doorman was on duty) was inconvenient, particularly without the correct change.
- A clothes airer would be a useful addition for guests who wish to do laundry. Especially with the balcony to dry clothes on
- It would be more convenient if the tourist tax were included in the booking, avoiding the need for a separate cash payment or bank transfer

Nagyon jó volt az elhelyezkedés, nagyon finom kávét készítenek be, légkondis, és az ingatlan berendezése is nagyon jó volt
Ágyanként egy takarót adnak, ez lehetne kettő is, illetve mivel két párként foglaltunk, jó lett volna, ha két kulcsot adnak

The apartment was clean
The location is in one of the dirtiest aereas we have seen in Napoli. The street lights were poor and we did not feel safe. Local people warned us to watch out!
Not really a location I would recommend to anybody
