Kontakt z gospodarzem - gdybym mógł to dałbym 20/10 Po prostu rewelacja. Życzliwość, zainteresowanie, chęć pomocy i troska. Bardzo pomocna strona internetowa, stworzona przez gospodarza, z gotowym tłumaczeniem na wiele języków. Podpowiedzi wielu atrakcji w Napoli. Dla słabo zorganizowanych gotowy plan zwiedzania miasta i okolic, rozpisany na kilka dni. Mieszkanie blisko dworca kolejowego i stacji metra to ogromny plus dla turystów bez własnego środka transportu. Duży sklep spożywczy w pobliżu, 3-4 minuty spacerkiem. Metro 8-9 minut. Dworzec główny 10-12minut. Dobry stosunek jakości do ceny. System płatności Tap&go dobrze działa w metrze, kolei wąskotorowej (do Pompei i dalej do Sorrento) i niektórych liniach autobusowych. Rano zwiedzaliśmy okoliczne miejscowości, a popołudnie i wieczory Napoli.
Mieszkanie skromne, wyposażone w podstawowy sprzęt, ale powoli wymaga dokapitalizowania. Zadbałbym o lepszą czystość. Dosyć karkołomny sposób doprowadzenia wody do prysznica. Oczywiście można sobie z tym poradzić, ale przydałby się mniej skomplikowany sposób.

La ubicación y la atención de Dylan que nos recibió cuando llegamos. Todas las personas que estaban en el edificio portero, personal de limpieza muy atentos y dispuestos.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Wir wollten "neapeltypisch" wohnen und das haben wir auch erreicht. Dadurch, dass die Wohnung im 4. Stock ist, ist man aber ein Stück von der Straße entfernt. Sehr schön ist der Balkon, auf dem man zum Frühstück oder auch abends noch schön sitzen kann. Man ist zu Fuß in 10 Minuten beim Bahnhof und ebenfalls in höchstens 10 Minuten in den anderen Teilen der Altstadt. Die Wohnung ist reichhaltig ausgestattet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Wohnungsgröße war mit 60 m2 auch sehr großzügig. Unser sehr freundlicher Gastgeber hat uns pünktlich empfangen und uns alles genau erläutert. Der WhatsApp-Kontakt war sehr zuverlässig und gut.
Uns hat eigentlich alles gefallen.

The host was very helpful and set up an app that help with everything you need to know about the property, nearby attractions, eats etc...... He was also super friendly and was available every time I needed to ask/confirm something, which is a bonus as not all hosts have a humane touch. . Really the owner was very kind and helpful to us and this helped a lot to orientate ourselves as it was the first time in Naples. It was a very good experience for us and we will be back for more :)
My daughter grumbled a bit as her bed was not very comfy but it is not a real biggy.
