It’s very spacious and light
It’s in a fairly dodgy area - the shower head was not functioning properly and we asked that they come and fix it but they didn’t- they had no milk or breakfast etc for us ( we would have been happy with one days supplies instead they had really nothing) . Pretty disappointed with this one - all the others in Italy were so good

The space was bright, spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable... everyone slept well. The AC worked well and was essential given the extreme heat during our stay. Having the lift was fabulous!!
The shower and kitchen faucet could use updating. They functioned but were clunky. There were no kitchen towels provided. There wasn't enough seating for watching tv and what was there was very uncomfortable.

La situation géographique, proche du centre historique
Une seule salle de bain avec le seul toilette à l'intérieur pas adapté pour recevoir autant de personnes.
Aménagement du logement très minimaliste avec peu de confort : mini canapé (de jardin) pour 2 personnes, table ne pouvant accueillir que 6 personnes, équipement de cuisine très limité (pas de micro-ondes, 3 petites cuillères, pas de verres ni de tasses suffisants pour l'ensemble des hébergés,...).
Certains équipements vétustes : Salle de bain "dans son jus" (flexible de douche qui fuit - joints noircis). Robinet de l'évier de la cuisine pas fixé.
Climatisation qui fonctionne uniquement quand la carte-clé d'ouverture de la porte est insérée dans le lecteur. Indispensable de demander une 2ème carte pour la laisser enclencher et permettre de rentrer dans un logement frais (une des clim fait du bruit).
