We really liked the location, which is very convenient and was one of the main positive aspects of our stay. The staff were also always kind, polite, and friendly. Considering the price and location, the accommodation offers reasonable value for money.
The main negative point was the lack of cleaning and maintenance during our stay. We stayed for four nights and the room was neither cleaned nor tidied on any of the days we requested it, which I found quite unpleasant. In addition, we had a problem with the bathroom drain, as the water wasn't draining properly. I complained at reception and was informed that the problem would be resolved, but this did not happen by the end of our stay. I believe these aspects need more attention, especially the cleanliness of the rooms and the resolution of maintenance problems reported by guests.
