Central Apartment Lofts

A pesar de solo haber un baño (el otro estaba fuera de servicio) tuvimos suerte y no había mucha gente, hay dos cocinas, aunque una de ellas muy pequeña, hay lo necesario para cocinar.

Se escuchaba bastante el ruido de la calle, solo había un baño/ducha.

It was cheap(ish) and it was clean

Ok, this is a hostel so it’s about keeping the cost down whilst travelling, and it was around £82 per night. When you arrive it’s hard to find as the only indication is a damp looking laminated A4 sheet stuck to the door with the name. The access to the door and room was pretty straight forward so no complaint there. It’s a white room with two sets of bunk beds. I think there’s 5 rooms in the complex, I think some have 4 beds and some 6, so doing some maths there could be around 25 people in there on any given night. Now, the trouble is there is ONE toilet and shower for up to 25 people. In the morning my daughter had to wait around an hour just to go for a wee. I think there might be another toilet and bathroom as one door was blocked up? But I can’t be sure, either way, it feel no where near enough. Then, when we got back to our room after a long day in the city, baring in mind it was 27 degrees outside, the heating was on full blast. The room was stifling and no way to turn it off from the room, there was no thermostat. It was unbearable, I sent a message to ask what to do. I receive a message the next day thanking me for letting them know. That was it. So, I got zero sleep and couldn’t get into the shower before I had to leave for the train.
