The exterior looks humble, but the interior of the room we booked was quite lovely - clean and contemporary. We were surprised, though it is still tight quarters, it was a bit more spacious than we were expecting. The beds were comfy and true full-size double beds, the couch also unfolded into another double bed, leaving plenty of room for 4 grown adults to to sit in the floor space around the coffee table and at the foot of the bed - even with 3 carry-on luggages in the space as well. The shower room is all white, so it was easy to see that it was very clean and water pressure was good. The toilet room is spacious, but connected to shower room, which offers little to no separation or privacy with only the translucent door separating the two. The kitchen and hallway space is tight when everyone is trying to get ready at the same time, but that is to be expected. We were even allowed to choose from a selection of premium shampoo and conditioner brands to use during our stay (Tsubaki, Diane, and &Honey were available.) Having a projector was fun, though we did struggle and eventually gave up on figuring out how to put something on that wasn't in Japanese.
Great location as well. Walking distance (or short drives/taxi rides) to lots of great restaurants, shopping, thrifting, the fish market, parks, and shrines. Very peaceful at night.
No parking included. However, multiple coin parking lot options are available nearby. No plates or utensils available. Fortunately, Lawson is just downstairs and we were able to easily go back and forth for any other necessities. The only sign of lack of cleaning was the dusty vents in the shower room.
