Недавно останавливались в апартаментах и остались в полном восторге! Прекрасная локация — в шаговой доступности от основных достопримечательностей, магазинов и кафе. Квартира была очень чистой и уютной, что создало атмосферу домашнего уюта. Особенно порадовало, что она была укомплектована всей необходимой техникой (за исключением кондиционера), что сделало наше пребывание еще более комфортным.

Good location, quiet place, very nice patio, combination of old Paris house/architecture with modernized interior. Ideal for 2 people. Internet, TV, kitchen, separate toilet.
Please notice you have to climb couple of narow steps. Not a problem for us but might be for some.

Quiet space, adequately stocked kitchen, comfortable bedding.
This rental is on the 4th floor and there is no lift. It wasn't mentioned in the listing and I asked twice via messaging but it wasn't clarified. So be aware if you have a heavy bag or just can't do steps all that easily, you'll have to use a pretty narrow spiral stairway.
Also, upon entering there was a strong fish smell I guess from the previous guest. This isn't something the owner/manager can control but the sink needs a good cleaning. I'm sure the smell would go away in time but it wasn't a pleasant arrival after carrying my bags up the steps and being met with that odor.
Overall, a comfortable stay in a great location in a very safe area. It's near some government buildings so there were police officers everywhere everyday patrolling the intersection right outside the entrance.

De locatie van het appartement is fantastisch. Eigenlijk centraal tussen alle hoogtepunten van Parijs in. Sace-Coeur is 20-25 minuten met de metro, Eiffeltoren in 20 minuten. De entree van het appartement is typisch Frans (zo’n dubbele deur met daarachter een open plaats met meerdere huizen). Naast de woning bevindt zich het presidentiële paleis, en tegenover het ministerie van Binnenlandse zaken, wat betekent dat er continue bewaking in de straat is (geeft een veilig gevoel)!
De slaapbank kan een iets dikkere matras gebruiken. Wij hebben de zitkussens van de bank onder het matras gelegd waardoor het te doen was.
