Staff was friendly and spoke English. There's an elevator. The bathroom was great as was the toiletries provided. I loved the bathroom soap dispenser! The breakfast was really good, complete with a to-order egg chef. I did not take advantage of that. The wifi was solid too. I would stay here again. 2 bottles of water are provided daily, as well as a water cooler on the main floor to fill up as needed.
I found the bed quite hard and the pillow was too deflated but jetlag was the real reason I didn't sleep much the first night.
The mini fridge in room was plugged in, but didn't work. I did not tell the front desk though as it didn't matter to me.

The property was really clean, well located next to grocery stores and transportation allowing us to go anywhere in Tashkent. The staff is super helpful and polite as well.
The breakfast can be a tiny bit more diversified and a bit earlier but the food is good.
