The property was absolutely spotless, the owners have done a great job trying to make the most of the limited space within the cottage. Not a negative but worth noting that the walk-in shower is located downstairs so unless you want to frighten the locals it's advisable to shut the curtains before exiting the shower ! Great location, only a few minutes walk to the sea front. Also thank you to Zoe (host) who replied promptly to any queries we had prior to arrival.
Website advises that "parking on site" is available, I would respectfully suggest that's being a bit economical with the truth. In high season you can park directly outside the cottage from 7.00pm - 9.00am however the road is quite narrow, the garage on the opposite side of the road is also supplied but it's too narrow, both width and depth, for your average car. That leaves trying to park about 30 yards down the road outside the church, there's about 12 slots and given that it's free to park there they are in high demand. One other point is the lock box containing the keys, might have just been us but we found it a bit of a mare to get the box to open.

A perfect location for me. My two favourite places equidistant from the cottage. The Coaster bus is literally yards away and will take you to the bus station/station in the town or Flamborough/North Landing every hour. All the facilities are excellent and tasteful not to forget the comfortable sofa and bed. I didn’t use the bath but it looks very comfortable and is large and inviting. Despite the road being very close the cottage is private and quiet. The sound of seagulls greeting the day announces you’re on holiday by the sea.
