The location was fantastic with stunning views from the outside patio. Check in was easy. The cottage space is good and there was no noise from outside overnight. The kitchen was well equipped and the breakfast nook was lovely. The shower was hot and powerful. Parking was provided which is welcome and I was only a very short walk from the centre of Malvern.
The overall decor was tired and the place felt cold and damp on arrival. The mattress was extremely soft and the bed base was broken which made getting out of bed difficult. The bedroom also had two side tables on the one accessible side of the bed which only seemed to be there to hide a large stain on the carpet. The Lino in the kitchen space had been thrown down in ill fitting overlapping strips.
