Prebooked before visit to Kenya.. This was last leg of stay (stayed here on first leg). Asked not to be put on top floor due to noise on previous stay. This was noted for this visit and staff were apologetic. Hotel offered extended stay in room on departure day to support late night flight. Thank you for this. The little taster chocolates and cake in room on arrival is sweet. Loved the spa, had a massage day of departure.
Put on 2nd floor. Unfortunately, this was above the Bistro. Could again hear furniture being dragged along floor early hours. Some disturbed sleep.

Two night stay. Hotel was lovely. I was surprised by security on arrival, I suppose there is a need for this.
Breakfast was ok. Lots of choice. Food and menu choice in resturants was very good, along with choice of wines and cocktails. Rooms were lovely and clean, shiwer rooms were great, and beds very comfortable. Outdoor pool was ok.
Our floor/room was directly below the Troy restaurant. It was very noisy with moving furniture around 3am.. furniture scraping along the floor, during cleaning I expect. This disturbed our sleep each night.

Felt very safe and the staff were lovely. Rooms were so stylish and comfortable. Location so close to the forest which is a must visit!
Breakfast was a little disappointing. Had trouble booking a hotel transfer, was told I had one booked but ended up having to make my own way to the hotel as I waited over 1 hour at the airport.

Nice breakfast. Lovely entrance and interior. Cool rooftop bar.
Cramped rooms. Small bathrooms. No storage for personal items. Electronics in room do not work properly. Cleaning staff slow to clean. Left clean light on for over 4 hours on teo separate days and no one came to clean. Pool is small. Maybe good for a one night stay only.
