Location is amazing, and we were comfortable. The kitchen / dining area especially is lovely and having the fire on was very cozy. The garden and grounds are stunning. Short walk to the Lakeside Hotel for a drink outside by Windermere.
Hot tub was cold when we got there so we couldn't use it on our first night. Bedrooms are very small considering the size of the place. At least the bathroom needs to be cleaned properly. There was mould and mildew on the tiles and windows, also there were huge cobwebs on the light fitting in the bathroom. Cleaning those things is simple. For the money I expected better.

a very cozy layout inside and the views were some of the best I’ve ever seen, the peacock was a highlight too it was almost like he was a resident
had a couple power cuts when i turned on the outside lights other than that it was perfect
