very bad experience

The apartment is too small, there is no place even to open the luggage. the floor is dirty

Excellent Location, Small Space for a Family of Five

We had a great 3nights stay at Nets Inn Apartment in Paris. The apartment was small for a family of five, but it worked well for us since we were mostly out sightseeing and only came back to sleep. We really appreciated that it had air conditioning, especially during the summer. The host was always responsive, kind, and willing to help whenever we had questions. The location is excellent—only about a 3-minute walk to Paris Gare de Lyon station, with a fantastic Turkish restaurant nearby serving delicious food. The only issues we encountered were that the bathroom sink was clogged when we arrived, and the space felt quite cramped for five people. I didn't get a chance to take a photo of the sink because we were busy touring the city. I also hope the room pricing better reflects the actual size of the apartment, as we were charged for five guests, but the space was very limited. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider coming back because of the convenient location, responsive host, and comfortable air conditioning.

I wouldn’t recommend considering the space and money spent on the apartment

Property is at a very good location with supermarkets, restaurants and train station at walkable distance

Too tiny rooms and very difficult to accommodate the number of people for which booking was taken. No space to keep luggage, pantry cabinet is too small, room allocation was in different floor for the same family who had booked two rooms together, customer service was not that great. Difficulty in entering the apartment with the instructions provided leaflets. It’s not worth money spent I feel personally.

Appartamento carino, e in ottima posizione. Il check-in online è molto comodo; i link per le chiavi elettroniche non funzinavano, ma per fortuna erano stati forniti anche dei codici d'accesso.

Non è molto grande, per 7 persone. Purtroppo non è possibile check-in anticipato, e nemmeno depositare i bagagli in anticipo. Il vero tasto dolente però è stato la pulizia, in particolare varie lenzuola sporche.
