I love everything inside the property was beautiful and nicely cleaned.
It didn’t have a smoking area for smokers which I have in my family. Also the people their seems a little racist as I’m a black African American they made my family feel like we wasn’t welcomed there cause they got out pools when we got in, they rushed to the elevators when seen us coming, they looked at my man as he was wasn’t welcomed .

Not much!! Location, pool, beach were ok
Staff is rude. Communication is poor! Ruined my daughter graduation dinner by having to spend 2 hrs after checkin trying to find a place to park. Was told we could purchase additional passes for extra cars. Our family came in from 4 different states for her graduation. Only allowed us to park two cars due to property being close to full. My mom is handicapped and we had to talk to a manager over a phone on speaker with a very rude young girl working the desk to try to get a handicap spot for my mom. By the time we were done parking miles away in the rain and shuttling everyone back to the condo… we missed her dinner. Ruined our day!!! Would not stay here ever again!!
