Great apartment, quiet bedroom with a very comfortable bed, nice lounge and kitchen areas, lovely bathroom, huge outside patio area, perfect central location
Lots of keys to get in and the main doors are heavy and old
Couldn't check in until 5pm as no one was free to meet us
No way of contacting anyone by WhatsApp, quite impersonal

Private terrace and views of the cathedral
Modern kitchen appliances, snacks/drinks on arrival
Good air conditioning and comfortable sleep
Parasol for visiting the beach
No folder with important information for tourists like emergency contact numbers etc.
I would like to see safety equipment present such as smoke alarms, fire extinguisher, first aid kit
There was a coffee machine but no kettle for making tea
TV receives local channels, no Netflix etc. unless you bring your own HDMI device
