We had a great one night stay, the bed was especially comfortable, easy check in and check out. Clean and tidy. Great location to access Windermere / Ambleside.
Parking is limited but this is explained on booking and you can park just across the road with no problems. Limited condiments provided.

Vicinity to town was good, parking manageable, excellent fittings, furnishings and cleanliness. Liked the small fridge and extras like Hoover / iron / hair dryer. Front porch nice.
Limited off street parking but 1 hour permit in peak hours. You can hear / feel a little movement of upstairs/downstairs neighbours but only slight. Plenty of places to walk to eat so room only ok.

Photos suggested a more spacious room, site mentioned each room has a “mountain” view but our room didn’t have a view
