The appartment is very close to the beach. The teracce is quite njce. The beach is very nice in this part of Toroni. The supermarket is nearby. The apartment has couple of ACs, in each room, which was very good. Overall very good.
The parking was a bit of a problem in the begining. There is a clearing at the end of the street where parking is set for a few villas. Initally they told us we can not really park there, but we did leave the car there, and parked there for the nex 2 weeks. There was no problem.
The beach nearby doesnt have many organized sunbeds with umbrelas. There are some reserved only for the guests at the same villas, one beach bar 100m to the right, which was very nice, and one to the left :).
The appartment is in a house with other private app. There is no regular cleaning within the price.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Casa Evita! It's an easy 10 out of 10. The location is perfect, just a two-minute walk from the beautiful seaside. The apartment itself is stunning; you can tell the host put a lot of thought into every detail of the interior design. We especially loved the large windows on the terrace.
The kitchen was fully equipped with all the utensils we needed, which was a huge help for us as a family with small kids.
The host was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. When something in the kitchen sink broke, they ordered a plumber to fix it right away while we were out. This kind of quick, proactive service is rare and truly impressive. We can't recommend this place enough!
