Communication from management or staff with colleagues can be improved, especially if there is anything that would affect guests or be of interest.

I appreciated the convenient check-in process and the excellent location, with plenty of food options nearby. It was also great to have hot water and kitchen utensils available.
The long curtains leading to the balcony were dirty along the bottom. The shower drains slowly, causing water to pool, and the Wi-Fi connection is poor.
