Es un barrio muy tranquilo con poco ruido, bastante cerca de todos los lugares de interés de la zona y la urbanización tiene mucha seguridad (cámaras, acceso solo con llave a zonas comunes, guardia en la piscina los fines de semana...).
El alojamiento tiene todo lo necesario para estar cómodos: el aire acondicionado funciona de maravilla para todas las estancias al ser un alojamiento compacto, hay un balconcito con tendedero portable, bastante menaje, baño amplio, la televisión funciona de maravilla...
La piscina es genial, la limpian regularmente y siempre tiene la temperatura perfecta. Tiene varias duchas, varios accesos, zona de niños y diferentes profundidades. No hay demasiada gente y se puede disfrutar sin mayor problema.
Justo al lado de la urbanización hay un supermercado y varias tiendas, facilitando mucho el día a día.
Suele haber gatos sueltos por la urbanización y a veces hay manchas y olores en los muebles de exterior y las zonas comunes.
Hay normas en la zona de la piscina y los vecinos no suelen respetarlas mucho; colchonetas, saltos al agua, reservan las hamacas...
El agua caliente de la ducha no dura mucho, aguanta lo justo para ducharse dos personas rápidamente.
Nos sorprendió la dueña del alojamiento entrando sin aviso previo para intentar solucionar un problema de internet relacionado con otro inmueble. Entró con su llave estando nosotros dentro porque creía que no estábamos. Fue un poco incómodo.

Appartamento ben attrezzato, presente tutto il necessario per passare un buon soggiorno.
Molto bello il patio con vista piscina.
Self check-in e check-out con key lockbox.
Parcheggio in strada sempre disponibile.

It's a nice little house with all you need for holidays. The terrace is very nice, with comfortable garden furniture, perfect to relax. The swimming pool is very nice, although somewhat cold. In the weekend the park is just a Spanish village with the swimming pool as village square. Somewhat noisy but i found it lively, and after 22.00 it's really quiet.
It's quite a walk to the beach (40 minutes or more) and Yumbo is about 20 minutes. But the busstop is just in front of the entrance of the park.

Geen horeca en zwembad heel koud.
