Good view and quite.
Everything is good compared to the price, can’t expect more.
I had breakfast, it cots 30 lazi, and it was big and delicious.

Ho soggiornato in questo albergo durante il mio viaggio in Georgia e l’esperienza è stata semplicemente indimenticabile. La struttura offre una vista mozzafiato sull’Ushba, una delle montagne più affascinanti della regione: svegliarsi al mattino con quello spettacolo davanti agli occhi non ha prezzo.
Il servizio è stato impeccabile: lo staff è cordiale, disponibile e sempre pronto ad aiutare. Mi sono sentita accoltoa come in famiglia. Anche il cibo era eccellente – ogni pasto era preparato con cura, con ingredienti locali freschissimi e sapori autentici della cucina georgiana.
Un altro punto di forza è stato l’autista messo a disposizione dall’albergo, che ci ha accompagnati nei vari giri ed escursioni. Una persona competente, puntuale e molto simpatica, che ci ha fatto scoprire luoghi meravigliosi in tutta tranquillità.

The place had hot water, bed and nice views. This is where all positives end.
I do not understand how this place can have only those superb 10 point reviews. We specifically booked a room with a private bathroom. Forget it. Although they advertize it on booking, the bathroom is shared. The place is in the middle of nowhere, you need to drive 15 minutes from the main road to Mestia. And for some parts a 4x4 is quite needed. You cant buy anything in the village so you are quite dependent on the host. The host speaks russian only, and is not very friendly. On the first day, there was no electricity fron 21 pm to 9 am , so we coudl not charge the phones - the host charged them partly in the morning in his car. There is not a kitchen that you might use, although from the photos it looks like that. Th breakfast was 40 Gel per person, and was not very good, just some omellette, bread, khachapuri and bowl of cold mutton with bones and fat. Coffee was the only good thing. I woudl never come back here nor would I recomment it.
