Location was good, staff is nice.
Pretty small room, rooms aren’t soundproof, toilet had the water running al the time and it smelled bad, pillow cases didn’t smell fresh. The terrace restaurant/bar was closed only the pool was open

Heiss was a very conveniently located hotel. Its staff are friendly and very helpful and patient. The view from our room looked out at the city which made the experience even better. Would definitely return

GREAT Location, Decently modern, amazing rooftop restaurant, decent gym
Paperthin walls, you'll hear your neighbors above, next door and below laugh.
Not enough areas to sit/lay at the pool for the amount of people.
No proper closet to hang clothes.
Pretty good located, walking distance to cafes etc. be aware of crime generally in Medellin
