The accommodation, the stay , the pool, the yummy and variety breakfast, the attentive customer service and everything was just an amazing and graceful experience. Thanks for being the best hotel I have never stayed.!
Just everything!

The rooftop view in the pool was amazing.
The breakfast was great.
I didnt like the body soap it was like using regular hand soap.
I would like to choose when the staff can clean the room.

It’s location.
The balcony rooms are very noisy and staff, specially front desk employees should be more attentive.
There was work on the street next to my room and couldn’t sleep well and because of that I asked front desk to allow me to check out at 2 and they were not friendly about it.

GREAT Location, Decently modern, amazing rooftop restaurant, decent gym
Paperthin walls, you'll hear your neighbors above, next door and below laugh.
Not enough areas to sit/lay at the pool for the amount of people.
No proper closet to hang clothes.
Pretty good located, walking distance to cafes etc. be aware of crime generally in Medellin
