Extremely comfortable and very warm during winter.

Absolutely incredibly comfortable and warm home for extended family to meet from different areas of the North Island. The toilet was an absolute treat, and much talked about during our stay. You’ll know what I mean when you stay there.

Lovely comfy, warm house

We loved the comfort and the small touches (under floor heating, comfy throws). The house was warm and the kitchen incredibly well equipped. The two separate living areas were also really good.

Best place in a storm and crisis

One family never arrived due to illness. They other came but quite ill. The house was perfect for care and comfort.
