Great little stand alone tiny home type accomodation in Ohakune.
Way more comfortable and better set up athn a motel room for the same price.
Nice and private.
There's even a dog and a cat to play with.
It suited me fine.

The Appartment is in a great location.
There is plenty of parking and access is easy.
Beds are comfortable and kitchen is well equipped.
On arrival we noticed the carpet leading to the deck is extremely worn which immediately hinder any satisfaction from the apartment. It was very cold and took some time to heat up with the gas fireplace.
Once we went to sleep, we turned off the gas fireplace for safety reasons and there was no way to keep the house worm over night.
At 4am I woke up from the cold as if I was sleeping in a tent!
The electric blanket does keep you worm but unless you I covered my head with the blanket I literally had a brain freeze.
Mentioning the entrance and dry cupboard are shared would be good.
What would have made this stay better?
1. Fixed heating in the bed rooms (wall panels or even an oil heater, anything with out a noisy fan)
2. Maintained carpet
3. Heating in the bathroom
4. Transparency about upper and lower floors, shared entrance.

Modern and comfortable apartment which had everything we needed.We especially liked the kitchenette,great shower pressure ,comfy bed and the location.The host was friendly and responsive and it was excellent value for money.

Being downstairs. Very noisy from upstairs, especially when occupants returned at around 1.30am
