There was no breakfast but I did provide my own
Reporting a maintenance-the extraction fan was not working when you finish bathing the room is full of mist
I could not report it because I wasn’t sure to
I will suggest you put a chart on your web / App that has a list of expected maintenance : eg
Bulb not working
Water in bathroom leaking
The back door is broken
The floor/ carpet not cleaned
Fridge not cleaned
Fridge not working
Fridge working but warm inside
- put a box next to so one can just tick and submit
And if you acknowledge that send a text when maintenance will be attended to time/ day
That makes it easier to report
Also add broom and mop in the room to help with the cleaning
