Good location near endless cafes and restaurants. Excellent staff, May and Jimmy did a great job. Easy transport to city and airport.
The building is quite old and needs some TLC, but it's full of character and characters !
Couldn't use some more discretion in selecting quest, especially the longer term ones. A bit more enforcement of house rules would be good.

I had an excellent experience staying at Victoria Park Lodge. The lodge is clean, quiet, and very well maintained, making it a comfortable and relaxing place to stay. The rooms are spacious, tidy, and have everything needed for a pleasant stay.
The location is also fantastic, with easy access to public transport, shops, restaurants, and other essential amenities, making it very convenient.
One of the things I appreciated most was the peaceful atmosphere. It truly feels like a home away from home, and the environment is safe, welcoming, and ideal for anyone looking for quality accommodation.

Old tired and in need of a complete do over however the bed was comfortable the sheets wee clean and there was lots of hot water
It was extremely tired the kitchen whilst clean was tired the room was dimly lit and the vibe was stuffed however as a cheap option for a bed and clean sheets it can’t be held to task
