Loved the decor, location, hot tub and bathrooms.
Beautiful home with lots of lovely touches and nicely decorated. The showers/bathrooms were great. The extra things such as the garden games. beach equipment, prosecco on arrival, cleanliness.
Found the bed rather uncomfortable and the pillows. Would have been nice to have ironed bedsheets but this is just my personal preference.
A coffee machine would be a great addition.

Everything was amazing! Excellent location with the property being just a 1 minute walk to the beach and a 10/15 minute drive into Great Yarmouth. The property itself is absolutely stunning. Looking at the pictures before we arrived I thought it would be good but honestly it was even better than we imagined! So spacious inside and the outdoor area is so well thought out being very private and set up perfectly with a gorgeous hot tub, fire pit (which my children loved for toasting marshmallows) and an outdoor shower which was perfect for washing off our sandy feet after a trip to the beach. There's also a washing machine & tumble dryer which we definitely needed during our 2 week stay, plus lots of outdoor games which kept us as a family entertained on the evenings when we weren't out exploring. The host was brilliant too. She provided so much information on what to do in the area and she was so easy to contact if ever we had any issues at all - which we never did. The bottle of prosecco, marshmallows and hot chocolate on arrival were lovely thoughtful arrival treats too ❤️ We loved it so much that we have already booked to come back next year!
