The location. If you taking a room with balcony you are facing the nature. You are very close to the town shops and also the folk cultural dance.
I did not like the location on the bed which should be right under the fan. AC room was not ready restore the rooms up without AC. They have only one one room with ac.

Nice calm location with views of the forest but quite close to the city center, very nice host who did our laundry very efficiently

It said close to Temple of the tooth....not really good walk down a steep hill. When we arrived the reception was unmanned and thought this can't be it but I will say the actual room was clean and comfortable enough for a short stop over. I had a misunderstanding as booked and assumed that payment was via booking. Com but be aware owner only takes cash so come prepared !
I wouldn't stay here again but for one night it ok....No kettle in the room and no water provided.
No kettle, no water provided, not as near to Temple of the tooth as advertised. Owner only wants cash so don't assume your booking is covered by booking.com
