The best thing about the apartment is its location, directly overlooking the beach. We could sit on the balcony and enjoy the beautiful sea view. There are also many restaurants and shops in the area around the apartment.
The apartment was clean and had plenty of towels and bed linen. The host was very friendly, understanding, and easy to communicate with. He had no problem with our late-night arrival and even picked us up from the airport for an additional €40.
After taking us to the apartment, he walked around the area with us, showed us the nearby restaurants and shops, and helped us find a place to have dinner despite the late hour. The following morning, he contacted us to make sure that everything was okay.
I really loved the apartment's location, which is close to restaurants, bars, and the seaside promenade, making it perfect for evening walks. The beach is sandy and free. You only need to pay a small fee if you want to rent a sunbed and umbrella. The location is especially ideal for families with children. I recommend the place also for my friends .
The only thing I didn't like was that the host asked me to pay an additional €50 cleaning fee. This was not mentioned on Booking.com when I made the reservation. I also don't think it is common practice for guests to pay an additional cleaning fee after their stay, as the cost of cleaning the apartment after departure is normally the host's responsibility. Nevertheless, I paid the amount.

We had a very pleasant stay at Sun and Beach Durazzo. The apartment was clean, spacious, and well equipped – perfect for families with small children. We really appreciated the private parking and the very short distance to the beach. The area is quiet, but still close to restaurants and shops. The host was very kind and communication was excellent. I highly recommend this place and would definitely come back!

L’appartamento è super accogliente è situato in una posizione comoda a tutto : negozi,bar,ristoranti e soprattutto la spiaggia che si trova esattamente davanti. Anche il posto auto interrato è comodissimo.
Completo di tutti gli accessori, ben organizzato e pulitissimo.
Host gentile e disponibile.
