Die Gastgeberin hat uns pünktlich zur vereinbarten Zeit empfangen, die Schlüssel persönlich übergeben und die wichtigsten Dinge erklärt. Das moderne Haus, ein Null-Energie-Haus, das den Strombedarf ausschließlich aus Sonnenkollektoren speist, ist komplett klimatisiert. Wohn- und Esszimmer sowie die beiden Schlafzimmer ist individuell regelbar. Zwei Bäder sind hervorragen ausgestattet mit Dusch inkl. Regendusche und Duschkabine, Waschtisch, WC und Bidet. Der PKW kann auf dem Grundstück mit abschließbarer Pforte sicher geparkt werden. Ein großer Kühlschrank, ein Gefrierschrank, eine Waschmaschine, ein Wäschetrockner und drei Fernseher komplettieren die Ausstattung. Von Altino aus sind viele Sehenswürdigkeiten der Abruzzen leicht erreichbar, ebenso keine 30 km bis zur Adria. Auch wenn die Abruzzen bisher wenig touristisch erschlossen sind, ist das Haus sehr günstig im Preis.
Direkt nicht gefallen hat nichts. Auf der Terrasse wären ein Tisch, um draußen zu essen, und zwei Gartenliegen wünschenswert.

Excelente estadia! A acomodação é impecável em todos os aspectos: limpeza perfeita, ambientes bem cuidados e quartos extremamente confortáveis. Sonia foi muito gentil, sempre disponível e atenciosa a todas as necessidades, tornando a nossa estadia ainda mais agradável. Além disso, a localização é estratégica para visitar lugares encantadores, como o Castello di Roccascalegna e a Costa dei Trabocchi. Recomendo fortemente para quem procura conforto, tranquilidade e uma recepção verdadeiramente especial. Com certeza voltaremos! 😊
