Die Unterkunft liegt etwas außerhalb in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Zentrum in ca 15 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Zimmer und Bad (Dusche immer heißes Wasser) einfach, aber sehr sauber und mit „ Charme“. Bett sehr groß und gut ( Matratze mehr hart als weich). Balkon schmal und nur mit 2 winzigen plastikhockern, aber die Gemeinschaftsterrasse völlig ausreichend ( ua mit Tischen und Stühlen), wo es auch das sehr leckere Frühstück gibt. Besitzer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Alles super, Preis-Leistungsverhältnis mit ca 35 Euro die Nacht mit Frühstück for 2 Personen unschlagbar.

Spotless. The room very spacious with a balcony The beds comfortable.. Breakfast fresh and tasty on the terrace with the mountain in front.
Parking very convenient. The owner exceptionally attent and helpfull . A few minutes drive (2km.) from the center of Berat.

Geräumiges Zimmer. Sehr großes Bad. Alles sauber und bequem. Obst und Wasser auf dem Zimmer kostenlos zur Verfügung. Sehr leckeres Frühstück mit schöner Aussicht. Super Preis.
