Casa di Bea is charming from the very first moment: a beautiful, authentic Roman interior and a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary tableware. We were deeply touched by the welcome bottle of wine!
The location is fantastic — safe, atmospheric, close to key sights, cafes, and shops.
Communication was seamless. Huge thank you to the hosts for their honesty and care: we accidentally forgot our e-reader at check-out, and they helped us get it back without any hassle. Would definitely stay here again!
The Wi-Fi connection was a bit unstable, but it wasn't critical for us at all and we didn't contact the host about it.

El wifi nunca me funcionó por más de 5 minutos pero no fue gran problema porque tenia mi conexión a internet regular

The apartment was spacious and the two bathrooms fit our group well. The location was perfect for us.
Having AC only in the bedrooms made using the rest of the apartment difficult. The summer temperatures were very high. Otherwise everything was wonderful.

Location was good - nice restaurants and stores are all walkable. The rooms were spacious and clean.
We didn't have the greatest experience. Listed some of the concerns we had.
1. The wi-fi doesn't work consistently in the apartment - If you plan to "work/vacation" its not the right place for you - I had raised this with the host and had no response.
2. The Living room (the one place wifi actually connects) is practically unlivable in the heat. A table fan would have been great!
3. The elevator had its own problems - It was jammed on the floor we were in, and my parents had to walk the stairs to take the elevator from another floor. This wasn't fixed while we were there.
4. The bathroom door next to the master bedroom doesn't lock.
5. The Kitchen is just bare bones. Don't expect to be able to cook an actual meal
