To the nicest view on the blue mountains in Jamaica.
Robert the host took good care of us, he cooks really well so if offered you should take the chance to taste some Jamaican cooling.
The local community is super friendly and welcoming. There is a nice person that can help you out with whatever you might want, hiking, cooking, coffe tours, …

Really a fantastic place to be in the lush Blue Mountains, far away from crowds. Most beautiful mountain view. Since you do have to walk about 20 minutes from the village (where you park your care or are dropped off) it is very nice that Robert makes meals. He is also very creative in organizing guided jungle trips – absolutely recommendable. We (mother and two adult daughters) stayed in one of the two lodges (including own bathroom with shower –which we did not use to save water:)), but you can also pitch your tent.
Do not expect luxury or spider/frog free accommodation: this is actually part of the experience, I would not call this a negative aspect! Just a little warning to attract the right visitors (that are not disappointed when they get quite a bit of rain and will not find a fridge – you might want to take some snacks). In the evenings the quietness is disturbed by one hour generator use – the only moment there is electricity; again, not negative, just informative.
