Location very short walk to city centre shops , pubs and attractions , balconies were a nice addition for warmer days , smart t.vs handy for children , washing machine , dishwasher, full size fridge freezer . Sofa and beds comfy and clean . Cleaning items supplied plus towels . Easy check in and out . Apartment accessible for food delivery . My children were very comfortable and enjoyed their stay .
Apartment shook when traffic went past . For future families staying at Apartment please remember to press boost on water as only enough hot water available for 1 persons bath or shower without that , heating is set so is very hot alot of the time ,fan in bedroom was faulty and very noisey . Apartment building smelt very strongly of food continuously as soon as opened door to Apartment and main door even first thing in the morning . 3 flights of stairs so beware if less mobile . Plates chipped and some were dirty when took out of cupboard . And lastly there is definitely spooky activity in there we were woken alot by bangings in the Apartment and door handles rattling on living room and kitchen door , but I suppose this was very authentic during ghost week .

Great location, comfy beds and bright cosy flat. Strong shower!
On arrival some mugs were dirty, the wall in one bedroom was dirty (bogies wiped on the wall).

Bright and cozy, walking distance to town centre and by the river.
Bed was comfy, bedding was nice and soft. Kitchen has big fridge, dishwasher and washing machine.
Wasn’t clean properly, cobwebs in many places which is visible, makeup marks on doors.
Not much space in one of the bedroom. Nearly tripped over by the curtain as it was close to the bed.

Location excellent and the apartment was very clean.
The building shook every time a double decker bus went by and there were quiet a few as the road is a bus route and indeed any large vehicle. Very noisy outside. No wardrobes to hang clothes. Didn't meet any staff as we checked in at 23:30. Didn't use the kitchen as we only stayed for 2 nights. Very pricey for 2 nights and was charged an additional £30 to check out 2 hours later even though I did ask the question to the agent before I booked regarding the late check out and said they can do 2 hours but not 3 and never mentioned an additional cost at the time. Apparently the calls are not recorded even though I gave them the date and time of the conversation.

"Clean, comfortable accommodation done to a very high standard. Just outside the main city area so very quiet, but only a few mins walk into centre. Good local facilities ie shops and restaurants."
