The penthouse property was beautiful there’s only one little snag it’s the stairs to get to it if your unstable or infirmed I wouldn’t recommend and the views from the windows over York just stunning

The first impression was a good one. Rooms were clean and of a comfortable size. Interesting bathroom.
The location was great for visiting York and offered interesting views across the river and beyond

Location was excellent, Prosecco was a lovely touch
Very warm in hot weather, you could get a bit of through breeze in the lounge but the bedrooms were hot.
A more thorough clean of inside wardrobes and corners of rooms would be beneficial.
Parking was tight for an Audi Q3 and you couldn’t hold open the iron gates alone if there was a breeze

Great location. Great view.
Only one thing- the window in the main room didn’t open to let in a breeze which in a heat wave was not great- the fan in the room helped.
