Bien situado. No funciona el ascensor

Lo mejor, la ubicación.

Dos días antes nos avisan que se ha averiado el ascensor pero que casi seguro que en un día estaría operativo... Hoy, cinco días después, hemos acabado la estancia sin verlo funcionar... Recuerdo que se trata de un cuarto piso. Por otro lado, por teléfono se nos indicó que la hora del check out daba igual, que podíamos dejarle piso sin prisa.Pues bien, el último día a las 11:30 sin preaviso (nos dicen que no tienen nuestro número, y no es cierto) se presentan llamando a la puerta indicando la que en media hora llegan nuevos inquilinos. ...

La ubicación.

El ascensor muy poco seguro. El tamaño del acceso a la vivienda es muy reducido. Alojamiento para dormir y desayunar, cocina prácticamente inexistente. La zona de estar incomodísima. Los colchones necesitan recambio. Demasiadas instrucciones y recomendaciones para tan poco piso.
