Wonderful short stay in a gorgeous rural home. The views are truly spectacular, the house is very clean, spacious and comfortable with plenty of amenities including a washer and dryer and modern kitchen. We sadly didn't get to use the pool but it seemed very well maintained. The hosts are nearby, very friendly and able to answer queries as needed. The house is very well located with a large supermarket just 5 minutes drive away, a bakery at the bottom of the hill (10 mins walk) and well located for visiting Sarlat, Rocamadour and the Dordogne. Thank you for a great stay!
Because we stayed at the home with small children there were a couple of things that could have been safety issues - (1) the door leading down to the garage was unlocked and opens inwards directly on to a steep flight of tiled stairs. Probably best to lock this door, or put a warning sign on the door, and this would be an easy fix. (2) The outside terrace has quite a steep drop in places with no guard rail so important to be vigilant with your children. Having said that, neither of these things would discourage me from staying again!
