It was an awesome cabin. We had several deaths in the family and the girls went away to recharge. The cabin was stocked with everything we would need.
There were only a couple of things the coffee table shelf was broken/ wobbly. We had to wear socks, because the first night after walking in the cabin barefoot the floors were dirty. All of our feet were black and really that was the only way we knew the floors were dirty.

Attractive, handy to local attractions
Comfortable furniture
We were told there was a keurig-type COFFEE MACHINE. Several of us bought k-cups specifically for our stay. Instead, there was a different machine that doesn’t use k-cups. DISAPPOINTING!
KING BEDS are the only option. Twins in two of the rooms would be more accommodating for many groups.
ERROR in INSTRUCTIONS for unlocking and locking door. A step is missing. Frustrating, and we wasted a lot of time trying to figure it out.
KITCHEN TOWELS. There needs to be more than one!
Unsightly GARBAGE strewn over backyard hill.
TOP STEP OF INDOOR STAIRCASE is scary. Needs some sort of guard to prevent falls, also a secure handhold at the top.
NO SALT OR PEPPER! This would seem to be a basic provision. Other spices are provided. Otherwise, please tell guests in advance they need to bring their own.
BEARS! Good grief, so many.
Provide better directions to house. Street names differ than what’s on GPS.

Location was nice close to everything and easy to get to the parkway.
Did not like the lack of communication getting in the property. I was asked if I wanted to even stay a night before or a night after but when I asked if I could only come 1 hour before 4:00 I was told no cabin wasn’t ready yet no one was there before us which was fine we waited the hour until 4:00 then I had to call multiple times AT 4:00 to even get someone to give me a code to the door or the address. After arriving the floors were dirty and I found someone else’s clothes in one of the beds upstairs so made me question if the bedding was even stripped. Been staying in pigeon forge for over 30 years and this one was one was my least favorite for sure for paying over $1200 for only 3 nights.
