The room was very comfortable and there was enough space for all five of us. It is next to the train station Roma termini. The air conditioning was working perfectly fine and the staff was kind.
There wasn’t any fridge to keep our bottles of water cold. There wasn’t any toilet seat. You need to walk approximately 30 minutes to reach the center.

I wanted to check in early so I could go in as soon as I arrived (11:10), but they wouldn't let me do it until 12, so I had to wait 50 minutes. I tried to contact customer service but didn't get a response.
