Worst host & worst service! Waiting the room no. & details till midnight. Finally, the FULL CANCELLATION fee was charged without stay here! . Luxury by name, worst on service!

Horrible, avoid at all costs, not safe for health or clean.

Nothing. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! HAS MOLD, SEVERE COCKROACH INFESTATION AND BED BUG INFESTATION in all rooms

Not clean or safe at all, booked for 16 nights but had to leave after 6, and every night had to ask for room change hoping for improvement but kept getting worse. some rooms have mold and smell strongly of mold where I couldn't breathe and had to leave the window open at night and still woke up every hour coughing, most rooms have cockroach infestation (not just a few, room is crawling with them and they try to get into your belongings and bed and even food in the fridge) host is aware and said they tried spraying rooms with bug repellent and it didn't work so they gave up. Last straw was me waking up in a new room and seeing bed bugs crawling towards me and I woke up from itchy body. Lucky they didn't get into my belongings. Host at first refused a refund and when finally agreed in exchange for me not pursuing legal action, private messaged me to insult me and was incredibly rude. Towels and bedding are always stained, one of the rooms bed was incredibly smelly that I could not sleep on it even with new sheets and bedding. Sofas were dirty and stained, carpets full of garbage and cleaning between guests was almost non existent (a sanitizing spray and a dirty rag is all that is used) found dead cockroaches in fridge which shows fridge wasn't cleaned between guests, cleaner scraped dead bugs with a scissor and said all done. Do not stay here if you care about your health.

We were not satisfied with our stay.

We had to pay more than the original price. The kettle was not working, the shower drain was clogged, and the pillows were too soft and uncomfortable.

Disappointing. The property overall looks like the photos but doesn’t give a great experience.

Looks clean on the inside. Comfortable bed. Spacious. Building has great facilities like gym and pool.

WiFi was non-existent and cell signal was terrible. Had basically no internet for the majority of the stay. The surrounding area is filthy and not really fun to explore
