Localização, cama confortável, contacto com o proprietário. Lugar de garagem. Serviços à porta.
Forno muito sujo. Limpeza parece ser mais superficial, dado que há muito pó em candeeiros e outros objectos.
Casa de banho com cheiro que parecia tabaco (acredito que venha pelo ventilador de outro apartamento). Acesso à chave trabalhoso.

The location was absolutely perfect for our family stay. It is just a 7-minute walk to the U4 station (Längenfeldgasse), which made getting to the city center and the Wien Museum very easy. We also loved that there is a large supermarket just a 5-minute walk away, along with plenty of local bakeries and shops right around the corner. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and the host was very kind to let us drop off our bags early on our arrival day.
Nothing to complain about—everything was great and worked well for us.

Lokalizacja, bliskość sklepów, dogodne dojazdy do innych części miasta wszystkimi środkami komunikacji.
Powinno być nieco więcej sztućców, szklanek itp. Zmywarka duża ale brak większej ilości naczyń powodował częste korzystanie z niemalże pustej zmywarki. Kwestia czystości pozostawiała kilka niedociągnięć. Niedogodności zostały zgłoszone od razu po zauważeniu. Kilkukrotnie wysłane zdjęcia przez email oraz booking. Niestety bez większego odzewu a jedynie zapewnienie przekazania wiadomości do kogoś innego.
