Clean and Cozy fully equipped place

Lovely apartment, horrible service

The place is nice but the administration company was a nightmare. In the beginning, the security didn't want to let us in because our information was not sent even though we sent it weeks before the reservation. They denied us the parking we had included in the reservation because of their excuses and emails and in our booking of 3 nights they couldn't fix the problem even after calling soo many times! They tried to blame the security team, but from what we heard from the phone calls between administration and security it didn't sound like it. We had no where to park the car the whole time and no public parkings are to be found in this area except for some spots that are always taken. We have proof of everything. This is honest to dear god one of the worst we were ever treated in a booking. They try to send you these messages like oh no we understand your problem, and then proceed to do absolutely nothing about it. Also the place has a problem of cockroaches which you can find in attached photos, but imagine how bad we had it with them that the cockroaches were not even the main problem there. To be fair, they did try to compensate with 200 dirhams and then 300 dirhams for the mistakes but I am not sure why you would just throw money in someone's face instead of just taking some accountability and actually fix the problem first. Mistakes happen but imagine calling around 4 times after you arrive just to put your car in the parking and then having to spend one to two hours with the security team on your vacation only to not solve it in the end, not even after 3 days. It was supposed to be a special time with our families and it started off with the most indifferent treatment to their own mistakes. Lovely place, truly a nice apartment. But one of the worst administrations we have ever had so far in our experience. Each to his own in the end, but kindness and respect matter for us.
