Everything
There was glass cleaning taking place from 5:30 a.m., which caused significant disturbance due to the early start. As we were on vacation, we had gone to bed late the previous night and were planning to rest until at least 8:00 a.m. Unfortunately, the noise woke us much earlier than expected and disrupted our stay.

The unit is located in the 9th floor and have a nice view. It has 4 rooms and with individual bathrooms which is comfortable for all the guests. There is a separate room outside located beside the main hall which is also nice for gatherings. The swimming pool is good and we enjoy it since the location/building has less number of occupancies. There is also a nearby play area for the kids as well as half basketball court for the adults to play with. Masdar City Center is very near and just need to cross on the streets if you need to buy some foods or stuffs.
When we arrived in the unit, there is some unpleasant odor which you can smell on the entire unit. The washroom smells also like sewage. It seems that the unit is not properly cleaned or sanitized before we arrive. I suggest at least to install some air freshener in the unit and check the drainage properly. The Aircondition unit specially in the Main Hall was a bit hot though we already set it to lower temperature but still it is hot and we felt uncomfortable.

السرير في غرفه الاطفال كانت جيده وممتعه للاطفال
توجد حشرات في الشقه ونمل صغير جدا مليان وايضا لا يوجد اي اهتمام في النظافه والفرن كانه ما تنظف من شهور ولقيت بامبرز اطفال في الزباله اول ما عملنا شيك ان وعند الشكوى يقال لنا نحن متاكدين من نظافه الشقه ولا نعرف مصدر الحشرات والنمل ولا نعرف من اين أتى البامبرز 😂 يعني جبت الحشرات والبامبرز من بيتنا مثلا 🤓 لا يوجد لدي اطفال بعمر البامبرز شي غريب ولكن العذر اقبح من الذنب والأعذار جاهزه🙃 لا السعر مقبول ولا الڤيو يشفع للشقه على شو زايدين السعر ماعرف
