We booked a 2-bedroom apartment at Water’s Edge Desert Key – Family Apartments by Ferrari World & Yas Mall, and we had an absolutely wonderful stay.
The owner provided us with one of the best-located apartments on the top 9th floor, and the canal view from the balcony was simply breathtaking. It was a pleasure to sit on the balcony and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.
The apartment was very well furnished and equipped with all the necessary kitchen appliances, utensils and amenities required for a comfortable family stay. We particularly liked the three Smart TVs — one in the living room and one in each bedroom. They were ready for wireless connection to guests' devices, which was very convenient.
The swimming pool facility is excellent, especially for children, and provided a great way for the kids to relax and enjoy themselves.
Another big advantage is the Carrefour Market right next to the building, which makes it extremely convenient to pick up groceries and other day-to-day essentials.
The building is quiet and peaceful, making this apartment an excellent choice for families looking for a relaxing break away from the noise and busy atmosphere of the city.
Overall, our stay was awesome from start to finish. The beautiful canal view, comfortable apartment, excellent facilities and peaceful location made it a memorable family experience.
We will definitely come back again whenever we visit Abu Dhabi.

Location is great , very close to the theme parks.
Unfortunately we had unpleasant check-in because of electricity issues in the apartment.
